Like a kayak on Europe Lake—smooth and mellow. Roasted Medium-Dark. This is an organic coffee grown in the diverse country of Papua New Guinea, where smallholders who are mainly subsistence farmers have their own “coffee gardens”. Each garden has only a couple hundred trees and each smallholder does much of the work by hand. The cup brings with it hints of toffee, cocoa, salted peanut and citric.
